Returns & Refunds
At Marlowcliff, we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
Return Window
You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with all tags attached.
Your Options
- Keep the item with a partial refund: If you'd rather not send the item back, we can offer a partial refund and you keep the item. No return shipping needed.
- Return for a full refund: If the partial refund doesn't work for you, send the item back and we'll issue a full refund of the item price once we receive and inspect it.
- Exchange: Need a different size? Return the item and we'll ship the new size as soon as your return is processed.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund, and Marlowcliff covers any return shipping.
Return Shipping
The customer covers return shipping costs, except for damaged, defective or incorrect items, where Marlowcliff covers the cost.
Refund Timing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

How to Start a Return
Email support@marlowcliff.com with the subject "Return Request – [Order Number]" and include photos of the item. We usually reply within 24 hours.
